Northern England is a place of unique character and Britain’s hidden gem. During this experience, expect to venture out into the England’s darkest skies – Northumberland’s Dark Skies Park!

Begin your evening (after leisurely check-in) with a 2-course meal, getting to know your small group.

Afterwards, hop onto your comfortable mini caoch and travel into Northumberland and into Hadrian’s Wall Country! After around 1 hour (which will include a short intro to the region, Dark Skies and Hadrian’s Wall), you reach your destination!

Here you will be met bny your expert astronomer and taken on a journey of discovery! Enjoy an inspirational talk on the Dark Skies, startgazing and astronomy, sip some coffee and tea (all provided) and then venture outside to experience the night sky up-close!

You will have access to telescope equipment and also be able to create some unique dark skies artwork with your phone.

After returning back to the beautiful Hotel du Vin, enjoy a night cap by the bar before retiring to your luxury room for a well-deserved rest.
